Mindy Salley joins Carolina Forest High School as the new Head Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach. A lifelong student of the game, Coach Salley brings years of playing and coaching experience.
A graduate of Anderson University, Salley played collegiately as a setter and defensive specialist, earning recognition for her strong court leadership and defensive play. During her time at Anderson, she ranked nationally in aces, showcasing the competitive drive and consistency that continues to define her coaching style today.
Before her collegiate career, Salley was a standout volleyball player at Johnsonville High School, where her love for the sport first flourished. Having grown up around volleyball, she has dedicated much of her life to the game and to helping young athletes improve their skills and confidence.
Coach Salley’s coaching experience spans more than 20 years and includes successful stops Belton-Honea Path, Woodmont, Hillcrest, and Georgetown. Her experience and energy make her a great addition to the Carolina Forest athletic program.
Coach Salley is excited to join the Panthers and looks forward to building relationships with her players, building a competitive program, and continuing the tradition of excellence on and off the court.
