This week the Panthers opened the season with three home games. They defeated Loris 83-44 on Tuesday. Ten different Panthers scored and the leading scorers were freshman guard JJ Gray (25) and senior guard Zech Gardner (14). On Thursday the Panthers defeated Wando 70-63. Four players were in double digits scoring; Zech Gardner (23), Nick Zincone (15), JJ Gray (11), and Kade Taylor (11). On Friday, West Ashley came to town and the Panthers were able to win 65-59. Leading the way for the Panthers were JJ Gray (21), Zech Gardner (16), and Jaiden Knowlin (12).

After averaging 19pts, 5.3reb, 2.7stl, and 1.3ast freshman guard JJ Gray was named the Player of the Week.
