The Lady Panther swim team returned to the pool, hosting the Panther Invitational. In what would serve as the first test against the teams that make up the new region, the host team clawed their way to a second place finish. Leading the way for the Lady Panthers was Chandra Robideaux. Robideaux finished first in her two individual events including an automatic state qualifying time in the 50 free. This was her second automatic qualifying time in two weeks, as she earned one the week before in the 100 back at the Ripleys Invitational.

Abigail Kowalzcyk (3rd - 100 Free, 4th - 50 Free), Gabi Suarez (3rd - 100 Breaststroke, 4th - 200 IM), Dominique Ulmer (2nd - 500 Free, 7th - 100 Back), and Kayleigh Hubbard (5th - 100 Fly, 5th - 100 Free) added to the individual scoring for the Lady Panthers. Robideaux, Kowalczyk, Suarez, Ulmer, Hubbard, and Gwen Fougere combined to form the A relays for the day, all of which finished in the top three in the three relay events and scored for the team.

The Lady Panthers return to the pool this Saturday in the Sharks at the Beach Invitational hosted by St. James High School at Pepper Geddings.
