Arbiter Sports has replaced the BigTeams platform (previously known as PlanetHS). Please note that documents from BigTeams will not transfer to Arbiter; however, you will still have access to your BigTeams account for the time being.

Before registering, please read the information below carefully and make sure you have all required documents ready.
Parents/guardians must upload the following documents for approval:
Birth certificate
Medical history form (left side of the physical; completed by parent/guardian)
2026-2027 Physical exam form (right side; completed, signed, and dated by a physician). Only the new 2026–2027 physical form will be accepted.
Do not upload old physical forms. If families do not yet have the new physical completed, they should not begin the Arbiter Sports registration process.
Current athletes approved in BIGTeams may continue workouts until the last day of school (June 4, 2026).
New athletes (rising 7th graders or students new to the district without a BIGTeams account) must register in Arbiter Sports and be fully approved before participating in workouts.
Student-athletes must register for each sport they plan to participate in during the 2026–2027 athletic year.
Note: All middle school students must register with both their middle school and the high school.
Carolina Forest High School will host a FREE physical on May 2, 2026, at the CFHS Main Gym from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. For more information ask your coach.
