CF Girls Golf Team Wins Chief Invitational at Eagles Nest

The CF girls golf team delivered an impressive performance at the Chief Invitational held at Eagles Nest Golf Course this past Saturday and Sunday. Competing against 15 teams from across the state, the team established a strong lead on day one, finishing 10 strokes ahead of Hilton Head.

Although the competition tightened during the final round, the CF girls maintained their composure and held onto their 10-shot lead to secure the first-place trophy. Claudia Mediate led the way for the team, earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team with a 5th place individual finish.
